Signature elements like curved oak joinery, handcrafted green marble basins, and a serene poolside setting define this thoughtful renovation. The design balances warm materials with clean lines, creating spaces that feel both contemporary and connected to the home's mid-century origins.
Brief + process
The project centres on craftsmanship and materiality. Custom joinery features sweeping curves and integrated storage, while the kitchen combines timber cabinetry with textured tile and floating shelves. Each space incorporates natural materials - from the sculptural green marble basins to the oak-lined walls and curved raffia cabinet fronts.
The outdoor area introduces a modern pool with geometric stone paving, softened by native plantings. Throughout the home, careful material selections create a calm, cohesive atmosphere that respects the original architecture while meeting contemporary needs.
